Due to our deeply discounted pricing and print-on-demand merchandising, we cannot offer returns or refunds for orders that are accurate according to your order on file, and not damaged, or defective.
Please note that all sales are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will replace or issue a store credit for items that are damaged or defective and for items that do not accurately reflect your order. Please take a photo of the damaged or defective item(s) (within 24 hours of receiving it) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Use the subject line (Item Return) followed by your first and last name. We will get back to you with the next steps within three business days.
We cannot refund, replace, or return items that do not fit or that accurately reflect your order.

Pack Pass and race registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for an entire calendar year due to injury we will allow you defer your Pass to the following year. Race registrations may also be deferred.
